Evidence drives change. I understand the importance that research plays in helping to develop evidence-based policy, for program evaluation, impact reporting, advocacy, as a tool for public education, and so much more. Unfortunately, those who work in nonprofits and social purpose organizations, don’t always have the time and experience to be able to effectively design and produce quality, action-oriented research and evaluations to advance an agenda. I will listen to you and the communities you support and serve knowing that this is where the expertise and knowledge live. I am committed to conducting research that reflects and builds upon this and that provides meaningful outputs that support your desired purposes.

Need to write a brief for a strategic meeting or summarize those stakeholder consultations and don't have time? Want to get decision-makers to understand why they need to act? Still have that project report or grant application looming over you? Hoping to finally turn that awesome list of ideas on the side of your desk into something coherent? A strong and experienced writer, with an eye for plain language and impact, I'm really good at taking a lot of information and pulling it together to move an agenda with whatever audience. I can take that symposium you held with 60 different breakout groups, organize the key concepts, action items, and recommendations, and write a strong summary report.
Planning and Logistics Support
Need to run a small conference, a stakeholder engagement session, a strategic planning session, or a community event, and feel overwhelmed by the idea of figuring this all out, facilitating and handling the logistics? You share the vision, I take on the work (and the stress). I typically do this in conjunction with broader projects (e.g., stakeholder consultations or community listening sessions).
