About Me

I help values-driven leaders tackle those critically important (sometimes lofty) side-of-your-desk projects – helping to drive impact, action and positive change.

I work with community groups, non-profit and social impact organizations, and leaders that may not have capacity (or time!) to meet their research and evaluation, grant and report writing, organizational development and strategy needs.

I know firsthand how the daily never-ending work in non-profits piles up. I know how those important and strategic pieces can fall by the wayside - even though they are pivotal to building stability, growth, impact and systems change (because they take big chunks of brain power and uninterrupted time!).

I focus my energy supporting groups and organizations that are values-aligned and actively trying to build a more just and equitable world.

I've spent the last 20 years in Canadian nonprofits, working largely at the intersections of (im)migrant and refugee inclusion, education and employment, human rights, and social justice in a variety of leadership roles. I’ve been an Executive Director, a Director, and held several senior management positions. I’ve also been consulting for a decade and have come to realize that being slightly outside of it all and taking on meaningful and values-aligned projects is what really drives me.

I'm a cis white bisexual femme living in Ottawa on stolen Algonquin Anishinaabe land. I am a parent of two teens, a caregiver, a partner, a sibling, an activist, an ambivert, and a lover of dancing, silliness, and nature.
